Like many businesses in cold climates, Country Dairy pares back its menu offerings for the long and unpredictable winter season. While this year’s weather has been full of surprises, here’s one thing you can count on: Country Dairy’s full menu is back for the spring, regardless of what the weather decides to do next!
Whether you’ve been missing your favorites all winter or want to try something new, our spring menu has a little something for everyone.
New twists on old favorites
If you’ve been enjoying the classic cheeseburger or bacon cheddar burger this winter, you might want to expand your palate and give one of our five other options a try! We’ve tried to cover all our bases by providing a spicy burger, an olive variety, a mushroom option, and a bourbon burger. But the king of the Country Dairy burger menu is our half pound Brutus burger, topped with ham, bacon, and three kinds of cheese, plus lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
Looking for something lighter? We’ve added more wraps and salads to the mix, too. Look for the taco and Cobb salads this spring in addition to the classic grilled chicken salad and chicken cherry pecan salad. For wraps, we’ve brought back the club wrap to round out our veggie and chicken bacon selections.
Expanded menu categories
Some of our favorite food categories get completely paused during the winter months, so we are ecstatic to bring back paninis, hoagies, and nachos this spring!
Paninis and hoagies come with a side dish of your choice plus moochies (cheese curds), dill pickle chips, and our signature bottomless cup of chocolate milk. For paninis, you can try our Signature Moo Melt with three cheeses, or spice it up with some corned beef, turkey, or three-meat Barnyard Grille.
We also offer a ham and cheese hoagie, a Sweet Swine hoagie (ham and pineapple with red onion), and a smoked roast beef dip. As for nachos, take your pick between beef or pork and enjoy our special queso cheese sauce with every bite.
Kids’ meals and sides for everyone
Let’s not forget our most important customers – the future farmers and entrepreneurs of this world, the children. In addition to the Hot Diggity Dog and the Kids’ Beef Burger, springtime means kids can also order a Moo’s Melt grilled cheese sandwich. All kids’ meals come with chips, a bottomless cup of milk, and a free kids’ ice cream for dessert.
Adults can round out their meal with a choice of one of our signature sides: kettle chips, coleslaw, applesauce, or loaded potato salad. Of course, even grown-ups get a bottomless cup of chocolate milk with every order!
